Welcome to ridez.xyz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ridez.xyz website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by ridez.xyz ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ridez.xyz.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Use of Service

ridez.xyz provides a platform that connects riders seeking transportation with drivers who provide such services. We act solely as an intermediary and do not provide transportation services. We are not a transportation carrier.

2.1 Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Not have previously been suspended or removed from the Service.

2.2 Description of Service

The Service allows Users to:

• Riders: Request and pay for transportation services from Drivers.
• Drivers: Receive trip requests, provide transportation services to Riders, and receive payment for such services.

You understand and agree that the transportation services are provided by independent third-party contractors who are not employed by ridez.xyz. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Rider or Driver.

2.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users, drivers, or our personnel.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems/networks.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including transporting illegal substances or items.
• Cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage to any Driver, Rider, or third party.

3.3 Payment and Fees

Riders agree to pay all charges incurred for transportation services requested through their account. All fees are calculated through the Service and are final. We may facilitate payment processing on behalf of the Driver. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the total amount of your ride. Tips for Drivers are voluntary.

Drivers agree to receive payment, less any applicable service fees, for completed transportation services facilitated through the Service. Payment terms and fee structures are detailed in the Driver agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ridez.xyz, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The "ridez.xyz" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ridez.xyz or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. No right, title, or interest in or to the Service is transferred to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ridez.xyz EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, safety, or ability of Drivers or Riders. You agree that the entire risk arising out of your use of the Service, and any transportation services requested or provided in connection therewith, remains solely with you.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ridez.xyz, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIM
